The Examination & Academic Registration Branch at RKDF University Bhopal provides an official portal for rectifying spelling errors in Student Name, Father's Name, or Mother's Name on semester marksheets, grade cards, and degree certificates.
Students seeking name correction must submit the prescribed application form along with a self-attested copy of their 10th/Matriculation Certificate (as official proof of name) and the original erroneous marksheet for replacement.

2. Original Surrender
Original Marksheet
Erroneous original marksheet must be surrendered to the University for cancellation & reissuance.
3. Notarized Affidavit
Rs. 50 Stamp Affidavit
Mandatory for major name change or father's name spelling correction declared before First Class Magistrate / Notary.
